The building was operated as the Elizabeth Ann Bed & Breakfast for several years, but was abandoned and bank owned during the recession.  During the bank possession, the building suffered water damage due to improper winterizing. SAW Contracting was hired as the General Contractor to completely overhaul the building into a single family vacation home with connected homeowner apartment.  This remodel was started and completed in three months.
